I drew a picture of what sketched me out

I just kept smoking and smoking last night I never got that high before and then i spaced for about 10 minutes and this is what i thought of...

Yes i was super baked off my ass... This thought of the human race being a science experiment made me horrified! When i usually get that fucked up my body starts to convince its self that everything i think of is true.

I've wondered something like that ever since I was a kid...can't help but wonder can ya, I mean - ok, its probably NOT that...but who's to say our whole universe isn't just a speck of dust in some mega alien's house or something, and our technology isn't even far enough advanced to tell us that we are part of a speck of dust even? I mean think of it this way...our universe = speck of dust in big space, we can't even measure how big "universe" is for godssake, all it'd take is for the lazy alien (moving however slowly something that big may move with regards to "room" atmospheric pressures and all that) to dust the shelf that we're unknowingly living on in his realm and...BOOM, goodbye everything we thought we knew! (whats to say metophorically speaking that a "black hole" can't be called "a shelf cleaning of the galaxy" in terms of its effects on nearby planets/solar systems?)

Jeez...I'm sober too!

here is something i've been thinking about while stoned. it's sort of on topic. sort of. i was thinking of the aids virus and how fucked up it is that we can't kill it or any virus in the year 2010. then that slowly merged into the following comparison. humans are basically a virus on the earth. we attatch to the host and bleed it dry then move on. we reproduce by the millions, and no matter what happens to us we always figure out a way to adapt and keep chugging on, like a virus, all the while destroying the host (earth) in the process. i then realized there are only 2 ways to completely extinguish the human race. 1, we kill our own host so we have nowhere to live (or it dies on its own), or 2, we must turn on each other and kill each other. if my comparison is accurate than it would follow that the way to extinguish a virus is to make it attack itself and neglect it's own survival. the human race is nothing more than a virus, and i think i know what direction we should go to fight viruses. yeah i'm stoned but it just makes so damn much sense.

If theres anything the matrix has taught us is that we are a virus on the earth.

I was going to say the same thing, the Matrix was actually pretty insightful. But even before the matrix came out that comparison had been made.

Oh and Total Head, here's my theory, the host (earth) will kill the virus (humans) off at any time it deems necessary. Just like it has done with viruses in the past (dinosaurs, and other species that dominated this planet) It wont need for the virus to turn on itself, not at all. It has already shown it's power, and what it can do. Trust me, when the earth has had enough of us, we wont even have a say in the matter. It'll be good bye pork pie! Grim, but true. We all know what the earth is capable of.

Also, OP you should try and sell that idea to some kind of script writer or film producer. It would make a cool movie, if done properly. I dunno if a movie to that tune has been made yet???

Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy is pretty much the same thing, jsut coming from a slightly different angle.
