Tell us your setup and what strain it is? Keep your lights close as possible and get a small fan blowing in their general direction, but not directly on them, ASAP. I like to just blow the air at the side wall and it usually moves them around plenty. The older they get, the more direct wind you can pump at them. That will develop very strong stalks and roots early.

NOT BASHING you, but you will want to transplant your next step up into some better soil. That doesnt appear to be very loomy (drainable) at all. Soil is like oil in your car, its the lifeblood. Its the difference between weed and some killer weed, LoL.

Good Luck Dude!

The plant is some bagseed that i grew so im not sure what strain it is. Right now i got 1cfl 23W (100watt equivent) on 24/0, I know i need more light. I have a fan on it, its outta the picture, its a tower fan that i have set to rotate side to side, the plants get enough of a breeze to move a round a little but nothing serious, i leave the fan on about 12 hours a day. The soil is Mircle Grow for Tomatos.
Thanks for your input its much appericated. +rep

like ppl are saying keep the light closer because they are quite streched,

also when you transplant them bury them up to the first little starter leafs you see to componsate for the strech

Should i be adding nutes already and if so what kind should i be adding to it?
no dont start nutes till week 2 from sprout (not germ), and remember to start at 1/4 strengh and slowly work up to full by week 3-3.5
