does rootbound exist?

this plant is about 6feet tall. ina 5gallon pot. make me wonder how big can a plant get ina small plant? do the roots really get rootbound after a while?

yep..they really do get root bound...how long has that plant been that big?? is it still growing.?

I'd definitely be repotting that tree before it flowers, unless you are happy with small buds.

wow thats pretty impressive.

this plant has been in the pot since germination. its still grow, its flowering fine, no signs of slow growth and no signs of stress. ive seen a bunch of people grow large plants in 3-5gallon pots.
