I emailed them as soon as I opened the package. I tried my best to not insult or accuse them in any way as I'd like to think it's just a mistake. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt first, you know? I have ordered from them before and everything was cool and I'm sure they're a stand up company. I don't think they intentionally didn't send them and they may have sent them but failed to provide me with the tracking info (this is not very likely though since it's an auto generated email you get upon shipment). There are lots of possibilities...
I was just sayin' that if they decide to say they sent them and are not going get me what I've paid for, I'll be pretty pissed.
