Disaster!!! My Plant Snapped in Half!!!

I have this girl growing in my bathroom. I went to move my light higher and thought everything was ok and i went to to work. When i came home and went to look at her i see my light had fallen from its place and fell directly on top of my plant. It has been about a week now since the disaster and my girl is still alive. Im not sure because this is my first grow ever but it looks like i might have created 3 or 4 Top Colas now. Im wondering if it is ok to start flowering her now or if i should leave her in Veg for a little while longer because of the shock it went through. The entire top half of the plant snapped off.
Please help me and let me know.

Dont sweat it buddy, the light did you a favor and topped her for ya, your gonna get crazy growth around the middle area now =D wait for the new growth to catch up and your golden.

i would LST tho's branches and get some more bidding sites top come up. Then your going to get a very good yield......

Weed is a tough plant.

As to if you should flower now, it depends on how much room you have to work with. But in my opinion she looks to be at a good height.
Remember she will double if not triple in size durring flower.

Im glad to hear that my light falling on it did me a favor. As the days go by i trip away some of the big Water/Fan leaves. I dont want to trim them all off at once thinking that the plant will not like that and go into shock.
What is LST? How do you do this?

yes i agree. try not to trim any leaves unless you have to.

LST (low stress training) is a method of tying the tops down to get the bottom branches to grow up. im trying it now for the first time. its working out very well.

I will stop trimming away the water/fan leaves. I was under the idea that they needed to be cut off so that the plant energy would be focused on the parts that will grow out.

yea, alot of people think that, and still argue it for that matter. when you flower your plant will need those leaves to provide energy for producing buds.
