I trust you but let me show you a picture of my Violator Kush. They got into a heat zone and I had the filter pulling heat off the top but not directly off and away from the bulb. Harvest was amazing. Like 6-6.5 oz per VK, but the smell lacked, and also they got a bit airy.

Nice work the smell should come after you cure it and as long as is gets you stoned that's all should matter. Because Ive had good smelling stuff that didn't get you high

The smell (terpenes) will produce more in the resin if the lights and heat are not on top of them. That is why I move my lights up like as far away as 18-24" away from tops the last 1.5 weeks. And I am using a air cooled reflector.
I cured that stuff for 60 days total and there was smell, but I am sure it could of been better.

Monster update Fri and Sat was 103 and unfortunately there's no ac in the room. It's usually 80-85 but had a heat wave and a couple of branches the leaves were droopy not wilted so I waited til Sat evening to see if they'd bounce back, luckily I just finished finished flushing before they're last week of nutes before the final flush here a pic of the 2 branches trimmed today (using 24oz Heineken bottle)

Sucks that the heat went up on ya. Bright side, well you have smoke to smoke,,lol. I bet that weighs in on the heavy side.

I use 1000 watt MH for veg and HPS to flower plus I veg for at least 4 weekshey dude. doing really nice! bet your gonna pull some massive weight off that!
i was thinking of doing a couple of indoor monsters, and i just wanted to ask what lights you use, the wattage etc.

I super cropped and FIM and no topping. just vegged for 1 month and 7 days bending the plant as it got tall.

I tried the SC method on 4 plants, I did not care for it. Seemed like it just made them stretch even more. The fim is the method that works best in my garden.

Yeah I have read that many times in forums, but I dunno. When you think about heat outside and realize it's freaking hot and there is more co2 outside than inside (naturally), well it works well for them.
