You are talking about HB1284 which the governor already SIGNED into LAW. I'm afraid you are a day late and a dollar short my friend. This is strange, I have been hearing/reading about things like this for over a year now in Co. I have even spoken with a few people that would caught up in some shit like this, but everyone that was legal and walked away from it...
Biggest problems people get arrested is they have thier paperwork, but they don't have thier certfiied mail receipt proving they sent in for the license...
Or
They are carrying more than they are licensed to carry...
Or
They are willing to sell to people that show up with no licensing or not the proper form of it...
Currently there is a bill out there either trying to pass or preparing to be instated that doesn't allow people to sell to each other... the bill pretty much states that all dispensaries or form of dispensary/wellness center/etc. can only sell what they produce themselves or including licensed farms in the area that are licensed for all of thier crops. but people cannot just grow out of thier house and take it in and sell it to thier local dispensary...This would punish patients by giving up the freedom of choice and variety, which in turn will hurt everyone down that path... and eventually cease the craigslist boom.
I'm curious, why are you hanging out in a Colorado thread if you're out of state? It's confusing for us Coloradans when you post craigslist horror stories from you're state. We have enough of our own!Ok so I'm not in Co. but I have relevant info. In the state of Washington on cl I read a post saying how a guy went to some dispensary (which are illegal here) and when he left he was jumped by some law enforcement. He said he spent some time in jail and then was let go with no charges filed. He said Bizzzeee Beee was the dispensary. Tonight I read a post by Bizzzeee Beee on cl which said if you come by they would sell to you even if you don't have a card
So be careful cause they are trying to catch people off guard. There only grasping a straws to see if they can get charges to stick. They really aren't yet but they are testing the law on our tax dollars to find the correct situation to be able to charge you and make it stick. Just be careful out there!
Wow, you get confused easy. Anyway your right, good luck with your Co. problems and be careful who you contact on cl.I'm curious, why are you hanging out in a Colorado thread if you're out of state?
