I think it would depend on the amount of space vs cfm....from what I hear you can also use an A/C or Co2 enrichment to help with the heat with Co2 having the added benefit.

all is true but gets expensive running an ac.. co2 is great if you have a generator but buying bottles gets expensive also..
i would get 3 of them fans and use 1 fan for 2 lights. and also 1 more 6" for intake. but to be persise mesure your space and do the math..

Umm, I directed you to an ebay link, I didn't link you to my site, I also own a a/c heating co and have 20 yrs experience in a/c and heating, so how you think I'm trying to get rich off you I don't know, sounds like your already smokin some pretty food stuff.
if anything I would give you major discounts on stuff, but not if you think I'm full of shit.

your going to need at least 4 tons of air or 48,000 btus to cool that many lights.get 2 of these http://cgi.ebay.com/24000-Btu-Mini-split-Ductless-Air-Conditioner-Heat-Pump-/120624390002?pt=Air_Conditioner&hash=item1c15c61f72#ht_6868wt_930
and supplement the c02. the a/c will keep the lights plenty cool.
lol no worries mate i was replying to sweetsmell
and yeah the ac's a great idea but i think having air cooled lights would be a bit cheaper on my electrical bill than using an AC to keep the lights cool

in my climate, it works better to control the temp of the whole room, rather then just the lights, if you live in a cool climate, that may work better for you.

I am using 4 1000w- water cooled lights with a 300 gal reservoir and a 1/2 horse chiller. the best thing i have ever done. not cheap... however I can get my lights within 2 inches of the growth Without any stress or burn. If there is any way to water cool, that's the way to go.
