actually it says right underneath the heading that its a new item and if you scroll down you can see it comes in a box with tweezers and the weight!i got it as a back up.so i got the same thing otw for less then half the price of what u paid!not only that but boxes are free and tweezers can be found laying around the house.i prefer a mckyds coffee stir or a slurpee straw for scooping my stuff.
Hmm that seems to be an AS-IS item. I payed like twice as much but I got a box and tweezers
