whats up easy, decided top take a look at your grow. Looks like a spiffy little set up you have going. Now lets see those seedlings turn into some nice bushes!

The seedlings are looking good, just remember not to get to antsy with em (overwatering/nuting) and let em do their thing. Growth is pretty slow at first but once those roots get established... ;)

Good luck!

guess your busy today, but you can try to just take the humidity dome off of that one for the day and see if there is any improvment. if it was the one with the root poking out, it may have been stunted somewhat. no biggy though, they are just bagseed and you do have 3 more.

I took the domes all off last night. Pic was from this morning. Been in dark Til 6 am this morning. I'll check em later. I don't water and have nit in several days. Soil must be saturated. Im going to chill and let them ask politely for water. I spray them with a mister every day or so but only one squeeze or two. Just keep it moist. The top soil that is.

No it's not tr one with the root out. That's Pat I think.

i wouldnt spray, thats overnurture at this point. you want the top of the soil to dry as well. so maybe to much moisture. just close em up for a day then check. i know thats hard.

ohh, i meant close them in the box uncovered for a day then check on them. if you raise temps a bit (cut off one or two exhaust fans) then they should wick away a little more moisture than normal.

in the process of doing that very thing except the temps are at 84 with the warming of the ambient. nice sunny day here. I'll let em dry and re dome tomorrow. The sick one still looks sick, but the other two are growing without the domes.... pretty dry at about 40% humidity. we all good to leave them for day? I'll peek in from time to time...of course.

def alright to leave them, and not even peak. just make sure the temps dont sky rocket from turning off some fans. thats the hard part, but you will like it better when you look in tomorrow. they may not need the domes anymore. they normally only need it the first 4-5 days. enjoy the nice day with the family

So awesome man. I'm excited for ya! Now sit back and watch em grow. Try not to baby them TOO much like I did or you'll end up hurting them more than helping. I'll be watching!

Thanks Boonierat. you got a few weeks on me, but this should be a treat at the end. maybe. at least I'll be more proficient.

One minor modification to my cab. I noticed the humidity getting as low as 35%. This is probably due to the extreme ventilation my box possesses. Therefore, I am using a home humidifier that actually blows cool air and it sits just out side my cab with it's air blowing towards the passive intake opening (from the outside).

This addresses a couple issues. First, it raises the humidity level in the cab from 35% (because of the wind tunnel inside my box) to 41% and it cools better. I am actually seeing temps a degree or so cooler in my box over the outside ambient temperature.

Only downside is filling the water reservoir for the humidifier. I have to say, it works quite well though.

I may get so,me pics up tomorrow. I'll remove the domes tonight. Two of my plants are growing nicely, based on what I can tell (and thanks for the advice from Gumball)

BTW my struggling plant it starting to show signs of life again.

Below is a rough sketch of how I plan on my lamp layout within my grow cab for the veg and flower portions of growth.

Lamp planning.JPG

Now, the question is do I blend the "K's" between flower and veg? Not sure.

My initial thought is all 6,500 K through Veg and 100% change over to 2,700K during flower. That's my simple way of looking at it. So, NO varying of the "K's".

Also, as you can see in the diagram above, I have options on the number of lamps and over all distribution of light. My only fear is if the heat jumps more than my cab can handle, I guess I'll see when I come to that point. However, my ventilation system and humidifier should assist with controlling the temps (I hope).

Thoughts?
