hey unispan, i just germ'd my freebie Cali Hash from Dinafem, first DWC, 5 gallon bucket, 4" airstone, no nutes for now. i plan on training it pretty thoroughly, seems like a sturdy strain... using 4x42w and 4x26w cfl's for veg... but are those philips mastercolor bulbs ok for this competition? i'm ordering one for my flowering room, it's only 400w :3

also, any advice anyone can give me on organic hydroponic nutrients would be greatly appreciated, i'm growing privately, and don't like the taste of chem's in my babies

As i was reading through that post, and got to the part about no nutes that's when i knew there was something fishy haha. So do you need advice or you just stirring the kettle?? Or better yet signing up?

I'd really like to get in on this, but Im using 2 400 watters, and got six buckets.
Hell Ive got six that are recovering slime and Id enter them the way they are now, Maybe next time.

hmmmm...well im building my first dwc...should finish it up in the next day or two...3 gallon res...but im only using cfl's....plan on growing 3 to start out..papaya,bubblelicious,and g-13 haze...got pics and all that if needed...and i pretty much do high detailed journals...ive harvested twice since i found this site...did day to day pics of each grow...but ended up smoking most of the bud up before i got final dry weights

well folks..looks like im going to join your lil shindig...so ill toss what im using in here....hope im going another route then everyone else...trying something with this grow..and its my first dwc grow...should be fun......

3 Gallon Res w/water level indicator
30 Gallon air dual line air pump
2x 10" airstones
5x 3" net cups,hydroton,rockwool

Grow box-
stealth dresser about 2 1/2' x 4 1/2'
mylar walls
2x exhaust vents,
2x 104 cfm fans on each end of the exhaust vents
1x 4" desk fan inside box
1x 16" oscillating fan outside the box blowing behind it

Lights-
will be using all CFL's start to finish

for veg...
4x 65w 6500k
2x 26w 6500k
1x 32w 2700k...for starting seeds the first 1-2 days after spout

for flower....
2x 32w 2700k
6 x 23w 2700k
1 26w 6500k

Ferts
now here is where it gets interesting.....since i never really got a direct answers on this, im gonna try it to let everyone
know if it works or not.....

Looks like I meet the requirements, I guess I could post some updates here and there. I'm just growing for my personal stash and having fun doing it. First time with scrog and If my yields are somehow doubled I should be set with a fat stash. I have another thread in the same sub forum as this one with more details but i'll throw a few specs out.

anywho, i was trying to say sign me up! i'm down to compare my dankest effort yet with the public and yah, i might just try going nutrient free, most people say they're not necessary, thought i would give it a shot

I definately will stay posted to this, and hopefully learn some new things. At the beginning of the year I'll do it with a vanilla kush and a violator kush with 2 400s if thats cool. If not I'll run them under 1 400.

Start dates are anytime untill the 14 of NOV thats the date it must be started before. This should be one entertaining journal haha
