I looks like it needs nitro to me. Shes starting to veg now an needs fuel.

Give her a bit more MG in the water (not much more or it will burn her up). I pretty much use MG as the directions say.

An start foliar feeding her every day tell shes looking darker green, foliar feeding is realy safe, but kind of slow.

Ya I agree, and when you do pot up, make sure you mix some perlite in the soil for better drainage, and start giving more thorough watering. I can see in your photos a dark circle in the soil where you poured water, and the rest is bone dry. That's not at all the right way to water.

so even if i want to keep the plants small i still need to pot up? i never pour water on the soil i put it into the tray but i put to much water in so im waiting for it to dry out.

as for the plants i got 4ft to work with so i was hoping to could keep the plants at least 2ft tall. can that be done?

watering from the tray is bad it makes the bottom soil too wet and promotes root rot ,never leave the pots sitting in water
Fully agree with this post. +rep

If you are hand watering then you should allow the pot to dry out so that it is dry maybe 2 inches deep all the way around the top of your pot. Then you should pour enough water so that you get a little bit of drain out of the bottom of the pots. Then throw away the water that collects in the tray or use it in the garden of your home.

The more space your roots have then the better the yield will be, within reason.
