i have a large plant green crack sativa well some of the buds seem to be done and most are not but a couple of large buds have around 60% red colored hairs so can i cut these and let the rest grow or should i just leave it alone?
just wanted to be a little more specific and helpful since my answer as to when they will be ready and the signs was a bit vague I dont know if youve ever seen this before, but its from fdd's harvest tutorial and illustrates the difference quite well. he's been growing for a long time and personally just goes by the swelling and leaves hooking upwards and getting all crispy and doesnt need to check his trichs, i would still advise that you still check the trichomes before you harvest however. heres the info i was talking about, and a link to the thread if you want to read/learn more. I didnt write the guide and all credit goes to fdd,- https://www.rollitup.org/harvesting-curing/28072-harvest-time-tutorial.htmlgo by trichomes and swelling, not the pistil colors, that plant looks nowhere near ready imo, at least a month or more.
