Lovin the LST Easy! Yeah man, once that stalk gets sturdy enough (which is weird because I never notice it growing, it was just big one day) you can just stick her head straight to the ground, it's always fun watching then work their way back up, persistent things!
looks good man, i see you know how to treat a lady!!! just make sure where the stalk goes in the soil you arent pulling her out or anything like that. check mine out, new pics too!!
very true. i had these for my last dwc grow. with 2 filter sheets taped together it raised temps like 3 degreesYeah, I use ONA as much as possible. You have enough exhaust you can probably get some of the air filter carbon sheet replacements from lowes or home depot and place over your exhaust too. They last longer than ONA, but normally reduce exhaust and raise temps.
so would you prefer ONA or the sheets?very true. i had these for my last dwc grow. with 2 filter sheets taped together it raised temps like 3 degrees
i will be using both. i have 2 ona blocks this will be in the case with one carbon filter sheet over the exhaust. should do the job. the company that makes the filter stuff is honeywell i believe. red and white box. like 11ish bucks at ace hardware. you can cut it to whatever size you want. hope that helped
peace
RIU needs a live chat area or built in instant messaging. I am lost on technology, so I wouldn't know who to go about that.i hear ya bro. my last bagseed had no smell at all it was weird. but now that i have some good genetics ive got to stay on top of the odor control since i have alot of people over. with the amount of replying we do in all these threads between me you gumball caveman daniels siimply and a few others we should have something like aim for growers ont his site lol wouldnt that make sense rather then having to reply the way we have been? just a thought
later
just a pheno of the plant. doesnt really mean anything good or bad just the genetics in the plant. if its bad now jsut wait for flowering lol
Hey, Easy420, how's it? I like how you LST'ed your plant nice and early. That's cool. I should have done that lol. One thing I wanted to say, and I have no idea if this is true or not, I just thought of it: but be careful when sticking those tie downs into your soil. You plant is going to grow soo many roots that they will be all over the container. So by using a push pin style, you are at risk of cutting thru a root or 2 or 3. Just a thought. Have no idea if that happens or not lol.
Your plant is looking healthy. Good look, I will be checking back!
Yes I think I will institute a tie down system. maybe with yarn and hooks on the sides of the wall? perhapsThat's why I don't use the push pin on mine. I created a ring around the container, and I put rings on that ring, and use them as tie downs for my plant. You can see a pic of it on my grow journal, I think. Anyway, just wanted to offer an alternative lol.
