you will get your order, the products are cheap in nature and you might have to exchange but they will swap you out over and over if necessary

i've used htg supply a few times.. i've never ordered any of the htg gear, like they have their own brand on some stuff, but the stuff i've gotten from them has all worked great and they have super super fast shipping in my experience... three out of four stars in my book..

I have had problems multiple times with lights from them, but their fans seem to work great.

I wish I had more hands so I could give HTG 4 thumbs down. I bought a ballast from them online. It was defective and popped bulbs like it was it's job. 2 $100 bulbs later I realized the ballast was broke (this was in a 24hr period), drove the hour to the HTG store. Not only did they not stand behind their product but they kind of gave me a bit of an attitude. After all was said and done I was out over $300 in bulbs and the ballast. I would avoid HTG like the plague there are many better options.

Why didn't you exchange everything for store credit? They have a return policy.

Ive order a "4 2 bulb t5 and got it quick didnt work so i gave them a call and they sent me another one same day didnt even ask to return the first fixture..still got it actually it still doesnt work but its here

I have had nothing but good from them. I too had a bad ballast and they sent me a new one and I still have the defective one. As a matter of fact when I ordered my ballast they upgraded me to a digital free of charge as they were out of the one I ordered. I have since switched all my ballast, hoods etc but I wouldnt hesitate to order from therm again

I have been using my 400 hps for over 2 years now from htg.I also have a 150 hps and htg t5 all lights are working good still.I plan on upgrading to a 600 watt after this grow and i will be using htg.

Yep, they're legit as can be. I've ordered off them directly, ordered off them from Ebay, and have even driven to one of their nearby stores, 6 or 7 times. They have very good prices, although as mentioned, you could run into problem sometimes. After all, if they can sell you a complete 600 watt digital HPS/MH system, for less than $250, you aren't getting a 'top of the line', $200+ digital ballast. All in all, they are a good supplier. Stay away from thier LEDs, and you'll be quite satisfied. :wink:

Yes, they are great, dont forget to shoot them an e-mail asking for a discount, they always give me at least a 20% one. ive literally saved hundreds by asking for discounts which they always give me.
