I dont think so, and I would NOT buy a milligram scale thats only 10bucks.....
your best bet would be online, though if there are any kind of science/hobby supply stores they may carry one.

i have just received this one. its been accurate for me.no issues so far just a longer shipping time than i wouldve liked.they retail for a bit more then this if u look into it.took about 2 weeks for delivery,not to bad from china.but if u cant wait you could also check jewelers around town i purchased my first two from a head shop but they only measured to the hundredths.even after buying one instore id think about this one.a spare is always a good idea you dont wanna try to eye certain things for your own safety.

your right looking at it now it measures grams no mili but you can do some conversions if you have to
