no, the plants will be fine as long as you don't put double or triple strength ferts in the soil when you plant them.

No, no burn; I just use FoxFarm Ocean Forest with no additional nutes in it......They dont get any additional nutes until I start to see growth again. ......the lag is from the roots going from a water based setup and into soil, they take a few days to acclimate to the soil is all..just make sure you have a decent root system before you put them into soil.

Put them into dry soil and then water the soil....the dry soil will have less weight and be a little gentler on the roots when you transplant them into soil the first time.

Misters are not good. The heads get clogged up all the time. Even with the best nutes there's going to be a chemical build up over time. I use bubbleponics. Air stones are in rez, then nute/air mix is pumped to my plant roots. I use puncture connectors to attach air hoses to my 1/2 inch hose and nutes are delivered to the plant via air hose. I have no complaints at all about my method. You will not need misters, 360 degree sprayers, or any other small part that will get clogged up. I have used them both and discarded them as a waste of money. Happy growing.
