Hello everyone,
My name is Niko and I am here today to share with you folks my grow.
To start with some background information... The strain is Nirvana's NL and I had started a plant back in April, it was outside and due to heat grew pretty horribly. So on August 19th I had it inside and was planning to try to nourish it back to health but before I knew it my cat knocked it over! SO in quick decision mode, I ran up to the store and picked up the necessary items to clone - cloning dome, rooting hormone, rooting cubes, and finally lights.
After carefully taking all the clones I could, I put the seven clones in the cubes with the rooting hormone and water under the light 24hrs a day. Just after 7 days.. the clones where ready to transplant!
I placed the clones in a homemade flood n drain setup being flooded for 15 mins every three hours under 24 hour light.
The lights I started out with where four 42w 2700k and one 68w 2700k CFL. I know that more blue light is better, but for expense wise, I chose to keep it simple hehe.
I used expanded clay pellets as the median because it allows enough air for many feedings(endless nutes, water, and air seem to work well)
I am starting this journal now at the beginning of flowering and the plants are now a little over 5 weeks old, 2 days into flowering.
I'll post pictures of each week and provide more pictures as it develops now.
Give me feedback please! :]
