Who knows about your grow?

I hope that we are all in agreement that the number one rule that we need to follow as growers of Cannabis, is: don't tell anyone.
As long as some of the more absurd laws stay on the books for most countries on this beautiful planet we're going to need to keep to our selfs for the most part unless we want to incur the wrath of the authorities. Until that great day comes, that this plant is treated as just a plant again, we would be wise to hold close circles. I'm just curious how many of you actually practice this, and I thought it would be entertaining to read what people had too write...

I'll go first;
There are 3 people on this planet that know I may or may not be growing Cannabis.

No1. My seed man - with his help I am no where even near involved with the alleged purchase of seeds from other countries.

No2. My Man who knows people - with his help I find people that have things I want and vice versa.

No3. My fall man - If the sh*t hits the fan and things need to 'uproot', he knows I'll come calling. This guy has a heart of gold.

Strange that you start this topic with the first sentance being, "I hope that we are all in agreement that the number one rule that we need to follow as growers of Cannabis, is: don't tell anyone", when pretty much everyone you know knows you grow.

To answer your question:

My wife.

I think its silly when people say, "don't even tell your wife". Ignorant advice that comes from lack of experience.

The reality is if more than one person is involved in breaking the law it becomes a conspiracy which is far worse than simple cultivation. Of course I'd show my mom. You might find yourselves in court being forced to testify against each other if you get busted. My only helpers are my pumps and my timers etc. I clone so I don't need seeds all the time. If no one knows no one can rat on you. It takes three legitamite complaints for the RCMP to legally get a search warrant. One complaint to start an investigation. Just because someone is trustable today doesn't mean they're trustable tommorow. Anyway there is no real reason to put anyone in that position unless that person is in on the grow.

My wife knows of course, you have to have someone to share with and it helps that she can't testify against me or me her. Outside of her nobody ever knows anything about me growing. I grew with my friends in my younger years and there is nothing but grief to having anyone know about you growing. Most anyone that is put into a situation of going to jail or giving up a "friend" is going to give up the friend or someone he knows anyway. I bought seeds a couple of years ago as my basis for an in house breeding program so in that I have no more reasons to have any exposure to the outside world about growing until I can do it legally.

My DH knows, obviously. He can't testify against me anyway! there's a law covering that! My bro may suspect since I asked some "technical" questions. That's it. And I know he can be trusted. He already took the heat for me years ago when we got busted, by MOM, way worse than the LAW! We had a small joint venture selling just to our friends, had about 5 oz. spread out for packaging on the dining room table when Mom got home HOURS early from work! I happened to be out of the room when she walked in. My bro took all the blame and acted liked it had nothing to do with me. So, while I haven't told him straight out, I'm sure he has the general idea from my questions. He is my weed guru!

My son knows, if I were to wake up dead one day, he needs to know to turn off the grow and disassemble the room before trying to sell the house :-)

This fellow has what we call feelers out to many places, connections if you will. I can't recall, but I'm pretty sure you can't buy cannabis on the internet ;)
If I ever wanted to get rid of a bit he is handy as well... he also knows other growers, I happen to befriend a rather like minded and resourceful friend, blessings.

There are 4 people who know i know, i should say i can trust all 4 of them but that's not strictly true, but i don't really mind. Not much can happen to me in the UK for growing a couple of small plants for my own use, too much precedent, plus i don't have a career to fook up either so not fussed about that. Would also get me infront of hopefully a jury to argue :D

I wouldn't say that that's everyone I know, though maybe your right, less is more... I appreciate and I bet she respects your honesty, good man.
