Grow room help.

Hi, got a few plants under some 300w bulbs and started flowering stage around a week ago, at what stage should i expect to see signs of flowering? most of the plants are 15cm+ and have a few nodes after 4 weeks of veg.

3 of my plants are small and don't seem to be growing much at all, i have a good few plants in a large square tub indoors, plenty of room i should think, should i get rid of these slow growing ones? the rest seem very healthy, thick branches etc and growing perfectly.

My last problem...
I have a friend staying over who is very anti drug's, im going to need to keep the light off in the grow room as light leaks through tiny gaps and you can hear the fans and feel the heat its extracting. . . would this be a problem?
i have my lights 6pm till 6am for flowering, im worried they'll die due to under light exosure.

Changing a light cycle during flowering can put it back to veg or hermi it. Sounds like your room should be more secure anyway.....safety first my friend.

only if its sensitive to stress. id say if it seems like a normal enough plant, it might just stunt at the most.
sure you cant just fill up the light leaks or sort it out that way though?? cos it still would be stress...
but if not it wouldnt be too harmful,but would you still smell it?

well people put there plants into 36 hours of darkness to force flowering so keep the lights off when your friends there mate. hope this helps, dan
