guys come on. how hard is it to get a script? really all these people need it for med uses? I dont think so. I think most just want to smoke weed. Give me a break. I just think it looks bad for the med side is all. Yes there are those that truely need it. I am all for it. I just think it should be legal period. I have no issues paying taxes on and not going to jail or getting a fine or any other shit. IT IS A plant after all.

Well FDD at least we can agree on something. Thats a start. Yes I know prop 19 wouldn't effect me, but this is a very big passion of mine. I just think we need to get this legal thing going while we have public support for it. Look at the polls. Yes prop 19 lost but by a very small margin. Look at all the people who came out in favor. Look at all the states trying to get something on the books. Personally we need to stop the fighting, and all work together remember we may live in different states but we are all Americans. together we will stand and win, but divided we will fall. Hell just think in the future when we could post pics of us with our plants with out fear of being prosicuted, Not be afraid to meet one another for fear of cops, get together and share our crops taste test that sort of thing for real. Not underground, afraid of feds, jail time, records......

I am a idiot. Well everyone has their own opinion. You know if you home brew beer for personal consumtion you dont pay taxes on it. Why becuase there is no way in HELL the feds would be able to keep up with or even be able to inforce that. If you are selling it you are supposed to get a liscense and oh yeah PAY TAXES ON IT. If you decieded to sell your roses for retail and or wholesale oh you would have to pay taxes on that too. I see no issues with setting up MJ the same way. YEah I could go get a script for the pills fuck that I hate pills. I rearly take what a doc gives me anyway. Most scripts are thrown away before filled because of that. Oh you really think it is hard to get a script for pot when you have DR advirtising for that very thing....really? I dont see ads from DOCs to give scripts for vic or anyother scripts.

its just as hard to get a script for anything else. you have migranes, go see your dr, tell him you want Imitrex, pay your co-pay, go to your pharmacy, get your drugs, rail your shit, headache goes away. probably cost the same amount. my Rx came from my dr, i gave him my $30 dollar co-pay. he gave me an Rx. he's a real dr. you think any dr is making a killing handing out Rx's for shits and giggles? really? the possibility of loosing your medical licesnse?

Yes, yes I do. All you have to do is Google up some pain clinics in Cali and see for yourself. They have MJ script mills all over, some with websites like pain420.com or you'll see a pot leaf over the medical symbol. How many colds do you think that Dr is fighting? I'll give you a hint, none! All he has to say it is his medical opinion that MJ would benefit you and any ailment you claim to have. It's not rocket science. Why do you think all the pro 215 people will constantly call you lazy for not getting a card? Because it is so fucking easy to obtain one.

A vaguely written proposal is no substitute for a concise proposal. We are having problems in my state with the law as it applies to dispensaries. Now everybody is bitching about patient to patient transfers and all that other stuff that mucks up the law. It seems like change is inevitable but pain should be optional.

If Ohioans want legalization, then Ohioans should lobby for legalization in their state. If you aren't willing to fight for your rights, you don't deserve them.
