Yeah, way too early for nutes. As mentioned, it could be a PH issue, in combo with underwatering, and the lights being too far away. Get the PH right(flush, if you have to, as well), drop the fert til the plants get a little bigger, and make sure you water them thoroughly, when you water. As long as the temps and humidity are okay, they should take off, in no time. If you flush them, it wouldn't be a bad idea to give them a very weak fert mix, like 1/8th strength. It'd also be a good idea to transplant to a soil with some perlite(at least 10%), while your saving them.
