Nirvana's Northern Light Feminized + Autoflower Grow

Hard for to say when they might finish. Sounds like they need four more weeks or so. I dont have a scope, so I plan to let mine go 9 weeks and then harvest when the plant looks good and ripe. There should be brown tinge to the leaves with tips curling upward, hairs mostly brown.

Thanks a lot Cryptonic, I want to make sure I don't harvest too soon or too late, I think I will harvest when about 40% of the trichomes are amber. I got a magnifying glass, but I don't think it is going to do the trick, oh well I will keep you guys updated as my grow continues. This will be my last grow using my two 70 Watt HPS and CFLs, I'm finally going to break down and buy a 400 or 600 Watt HPS System, I think that may be the reason why my Northern Lights stayed so short, but truly an Autoflowering strain is supposed to be smaller than non Ruderalis (Autoflowering Gene) plants. My next grow I am going to do it right. No more Lowes HPS Lights and no more Autoflowering plants, at least not from Nirvana, lol. Next grow I will do even better (hopefully). White Widow Fem and AK-48 Fem for my next grow!

Hey one heres my girls at 6 weeks of 12/12! they are doing ok i guess, i must be doing something wrong cuz i thought they would be bigger lol
one of them is sick! can anyone help? i flushed with 5 galllons of water about 4-5 days ago, hopefully it will help.
3 of them are doing ok and 1 is doing great, im not sure why tho.

Those plants look really nice Chemdog. Very nice job with those. The sick plant is showing signs of heat or nute burn. Those show up on the plants leaves at the tip and sides. Since its the only plant with burn on it, I would suggest its nute burn. Some plants take heavy nutes better than others. MY five foot plant can handle 100%+ nutes not problem. My smaller three foot plant will show some nute burn burn at 100% strength. Your plant I think has a bad nute burn as the burn has made it all the way to the top of the plant. Flush and dont feed it again for at least a week, maybe dont feed again until harvest. But dont worry much, you got a good harvest coming, even the sick plant should do well for you at this point.

Looking real nice cryp! think i have 2-3 weeks also? i fed the other 3 for the last time at 6 weeks and havent fed the sick one, which i will leave till harvest.
When do you guys think i should start flushing? its 3 gals for every 1 gal of bucket right? 15 gals per each 5 gallon bucket? so wtf 60 gallons for 4 plants?!?! idk if i can get 60 gallons of water to sit out for 48 hrs, let alone finding something to put it in lol

Chemdog, flush all the plants if you want to, but that nute burned plant should be flushed ASAP no matter what. The roots are burned badly and need a flushing.

Heat Stress I think, they are doing fine now. Mine look very similar to yours and Cyrptonic's I just don't have a good camera because the way they look in the pictures posted on here compared to in real life is a real difference, I think it is time I invest in a new digital camera, it's been a while I think about 3 years so thats why my pictures look so crappy, plus I am growing in a closet and it is very hard to take pictures in a closet lol, very aggrivating.

They are doing good. I am just waiting for harvest, everyday my buds get fatter and more and more crystalized. I want to take a bud now and dry it out in the oven to test it out but I think I will just let them finish out, I am going to give them another 4 weeks then chop chop. I am not very pleased with the yield on these Autoflowers I bought from Nirvana, but at least it turned out to be a good experiment (don't buy autoflowering strains from Nirvana, EVER AGAIN!) but I also ended up with a pretty good amount of smoke for this Holiday Season so I am happy non-the-less I am starting my next grow after the Holiday Season, I will be going up North this Christmas and will be gone for about two weeks so I will have to wait until after then to start my next adventure!

With a 12 mp, you could blow the picture up and look at the color of the trichomes. I have a 3.2 mp and it takes good pics, but not good enough to look at the trichs.

So I went to weigh everything out for everyone (including myself) to find that my scale has broken Overall the yield wasn't great but really right around what I expected. I bought 1/2 pint mason jars to have everything cure in and filled 10 of them. I am thinking of trying some 60 Day Wonder next as I am should be moving soon and won't be able to have plants in flower when I try to move.
