Well, I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents if anybody cares. I am somewhat new to this site and love it. I've spent countless hours of looking peoples grow journals, question, advice, and of course asking my own questions. Now if by me asking a few questions in any sort of forum weather I was able to locate it in the FAQ's or not it's still a sense of socializing. I'm honestly no expert when it comes to growing and I am not afraid to say it. I know when I ask a quesiton I am getting a reply from many different experts and peoples experiences. I can't say it more to the people who run and moderate these forums thank you! and I mean it!! Everybody has to remember we all started at the beginning and if weren't for somebody who took the time out and patience to explain things to you, then you probably wouldn't be as good at what you do then what you really are.

If you wanna be negative then go somewhere else otherwise please repect the fact that there are people out there that run this site.

hey everyone,
I'm just gonna throw this out there.. i love smoking weed more than just about anything in the world. i was planning on starting a little at home project and getting a plant or two goin on in my backyard and im pretty much relying on a couple of friends, books, and these forums to help me grow cus i know very little. what do you think would be an accurate estimate of how much it would cost me to grow outdoor with all the necessary supplies? Thanks

the changes are apperent, look at the cool new stuff up top. buy seeds, vaporizers and fake ass weed(that doesnt work). woo hoo. guess people gotta make a living. late:spew:

P.S.-secret forums, cool. wonder what the cost is. do i have to have an "ELITE" pin on my lapell? how cool, maybe we can get one of those "ELITE" pins the replace the flag pin that Obama wont wear.:mrgreen:

haha and this guy is just funny. Backyard outdoor grow? Cheap as it gets buddy... Just make sure you wait up a while to plant your seeds if your in the USA...

i just dont like the elite thing, and the fact that the site wants us to pay for something that we would have otherwise gotten for free. i understand capitalism and shit and making sure this thing can be managed, but i hate the feeling that i got addicted to the site and love it and now have to "pay for privelages". werent the ads enough? like the "SMOKE BUD LEGALLY" ABOVE THIS POST. THAT SHIT DOESN'T WORK. late

.... i was on this site most of last year with the same thing that every other member still gets today...

the elite abilities are brand new... and just a tiny something extra as a way to say thanks to those helping the site out...

what would you have otherwise gotten for free???
you're blaming the site you love so much for asking for donations?
you don't seem to really love it so much then...

Doesn't Fletch post under a different name now too? Don't leave Fletch! I am pretty new here but reading through all these threads I respect your name here. I didn't read the entire thread but just this page...page 8. R.I.U. is an awesome place. Fletch definitely has a part in that. Thank you Fletch.
