Watering question!

Hey guys, so this is my first grow and before I ask my Q, here's my setup:

8 26w CFLs, 2 24w fluorescent tubes
2 3 gallon buckets with 2 couple week old clones w/ FF Ocean Forest

Now, my question was: We just transplanted the clones tonight into their buckets w/ OF and I was wondering how much I should water them? Completely saturate them? Just a little bit? I'm just worried about over watering...and what pH? We got our water to about 6-6.5

Second question, would it be necessary to fertilize during flowering? I know that OF has enough nutrients to last for vegging, but I was thinking about getting some FF Big Bloom for flowering.

water unitl soil is wet top to bottom and then water again when is dry 1 inch deep. 6-6.5 ph is good, most add extra fert when flowering.

First: Water until you see 10-15% runoff (10-15% of the amount you put into the pot). Lift the pot, get a feel for how heavy it is. Check the pot constantly. You will notice it get lighter as the days go by. For me, it's about every 3-4 days that the pot feels significantly lighter. Then as my second test, I put my finger in the pot an inch or so deep, if it's dry, I water. The third test is a visual one. If you notice the leaves starting to droop, it usually means your plant needs water (unless you watered within the past hour - then they are drooping because you just watered them...crazy, right?).

Second: Yes. Absolutely. FF Trio is a very common choice for new growers.
