nah i didn't but done research on it but i wanna try lst cus that pic of the 2 plants is some of the sickest shit i've ever seen

oh yeah that is what made me try LST on my current grow. I did ok but I know it could be better. The good thing about LST is that you get so many tops and they are all getting light. If you top a plant 60% of your yeild is on top, but that still leaves 40% on the bottom not getting as much light. And if you look through the grows people are pulling 6-8 oz's per plant if done right. So that is also appealing to me, even if you have to veg for a little bit longer it is totaly worth it!

Not a requirement at all. Some people believe doing so can help them weed out males faster. When my plants went to 12/12, I just changed the timer to reflect 6 less hours. I never sat mine in the dark for 24 hours. Some people also swear by 48 hours of darkness before harvesting....

go figure :)

I was thinking somehow affect their sudden change of light and dark ... so you can jump in the 12/12 without a dark break

He should have topped the plants a long time ago! If he does it now he will have to give it a couple of weeks to recover from topping. If it is to late now just flower them and call it a day.
