IMG_0210.jpgIMG_0211.jpgok so as you can see my plantos suck balls. i was using miracle grow blooming formula and the leaves started turning brown on the tips. i realized there wasnt any Mg in the formula, so i added 1 tsp of epsom salt to my water. the problem kept developing. i then realized there wasnt any Ca either. so i added 2 tsp of calmag to my water. problem persisted so i went to my last resort and flushed. decided to give up on my makeshift formula and i went ahead and bought foxfarm tiger bloom. can someone help me out? maybe my females are lesbian and they caught the lesbian flu?

That's one ugly ass plant. What's the PPM of the runoff/PH? Based on the crap you were feeding it, maybe a good flush or two may stabilize things. Your better off starting anew and righting the wrongs.

since this was my first indoor grow, i was using a combination of trial and error and this website. idk the pH/PPM of the runoff as i do not have a meter. is it imperative that i get one?should i really cut all the dead shit off? what will that accomplish? thanks for your responses.

if this is a learning experement then keep them, and start a new batch as for the dead shit yes cut it off its dead and flush it good and use that fox farm but you will need a ph meter if you cant afford one get a cheap ph droper kit like 5 bucks and as for the ppm use the manufactures feeding charts but id go half whatever it say till you get a ppm pen
or something hope that helps

Yes you should cut the dead off.....better to Learn some info then try to use what you learned rather then just trying to learn as you go....if you arent even Ph'ing the water then you do not know enough to attemp a grow and any further actions will only be an up hill battle and waste of resources.

remove the dead and dying leaves. You burned your plant, however all is not lost. FLUSH with pure water, ph'd to 6.0-6.5 (yes, a meter is important if you want to know whats going on with a plant problem)

Removing the dead stuff helps prevent pests, fungi, mold, ph issues and the curb appeal of the plant. There is no reason to leave it on, so remove it, is the advice. Go easy on the FF nutes, use about half recommended on bottle for first two feedings.

Good luck and happy harvests :)
