So my 600 watt bulb died on me last night and with literally a 1 minute phone call I already have a new bulb on the way. Cost me 5 dollars total to send the bulb to HTG with 100$ insurance and a tracking # from the post office. The guy who answered the phone was great none of the run around or even stupid questions like did I air cool it or leave it on for ridiculous amounts of time, I now officially am a HTG fanboy lol they're #1 in price and customer service.

:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf: EVERYONE USE THESE GUYS cant go wrong....:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf:

I must be that one anomaly when it comes to HTG.

I have had nothing but bad luck with their equipment. Especially with bulbs.

Their customer service is always great though.

it's the bulbs fault. Digital ballasts don't kill bulbs that are made properly.

They just opened a large facility in Denver. I'll be stopping by there. There is no beating their prices. And I've had only good luck with them so far.

There is an ad in the new High Times advertising digi bulbs. But yeah HTG is where it is at man.

Actually if you do a little research you will find that running a standard bulb in a digi greatly reduces bulb life.
only "some" people say that, not all. From my experience it isn't true. I have seen a few people say that about Eye hortilux bulbs in particular. According to one post I saw, the ballast manufacturer said it was because Eye does not make their bulbs conform to standards others use, so they fail too soon, but it was only Eye hortilux bulbs that have that problem. I have never experienced any problems with digital ballast and bulbs, don't know anybody who has either.
