What is your recommended ph, i've heard 5.5 to 6.5 and i have heard 6.3 to 6.9. i try to keep the run-off between 6.3 - 6.9

deficiency during flowering result in lower yields, during vegitive growth it will slow the growth with small leaves older leaves effected first, will show signs or blue and purple hues, but over fertilizing can result in chemical burn. cold weather below 50* can make phoshorus absorbtion very troubesome. for this reason soluble p such as found inin water soluble bloom formulas can add flower yields, (p) is a mobile nutrient, can be found in greensand and rock phosphate for glow release over the life of the plant

That looks like a Ca or Mg deficiency, a phosphorous toxicity can exhibit similar symptoms as can a pH lock-out. Had the same issue about two weeks ago in a SWC, drained, flushed w/ pH'd water & H2O2 (yes flushed not leached) and refilled w/ fresh nutes carefully measured. End of problem (mine was NOT pH, run-off was fine).
