Flowering/Darkness Question

Yes it means you can't see your hand in front of your face. Just like if we put you in the ground and covered you. Like the inside of a fridge with the door closed. Yup real dark. Hope this helps..

Good stuff guys, thanks for the input. Also, do you guys know if theres a specific colored light bulb that won't disrupt the flowering process? I want to be able to be in there during lights out.

green light does not effect the photo period of plants, find a green LED flash light or any type of green bulb and you'll be fine to go in the room at night to make adjustments with out worrying about messing the photo period up hope that helps! STAY GREEN!

my room has a few light leaks fro the veg room. not a ton but enough that i can KINDA see whats in front of me... kinda. i figure as long as its not more then what the moon can put out during a clear night you should be ok, note... i have played baseball at 2am before in the desert once during a full moon. in my first grow, i even had a led on the ac that was bright enough that i could read in there with them and they still flowered jsut fine.

Thats a very helpful answer StickyGlands! I kind of wondered myself, a buddy of mine had an outdoor grow and had a patio light on 24/7 and the plants yielded tons. Thanks for sharing bro!
