Any idea about how far apart the lights would need to be until they could make out each light? For example, I assume if you have 3 lights each one 3 inches away from the next, it would look like one light. But if they were each 3 feet away from one another, they could see 4 different lights.
Question is, how far do you think they need to be separated before the imaging can make out individual lights?

Even at three lights. set 8 feet apart. If they notice them, they would just pass right over. They are looking for large grows that they know with out a doubt,, or at least they think so.

THERMAL IMAGING/HEAT/IR cannot see what the object is, whether it be a fucking lightbulb or a plant.
they DO however see the HEAT that the light makes..... THAT is what they catch you with.

you normally find these type of tactics used in areas of high concentration of growers (i.e. cali, tennessee, etc)

If you stick a load of bicarb or carbon into the freezer it would cool your expelled air and get rid of any smell.
This ones only 50 odd cm by 50cm or so,so you can put it in your loft and pump your expelled air into it.
Leave the lid ever so slightly ajar with something to trap it open just a smidgen so the air can escape after its cooled down a bit.
You would also have to cut a hole in the front of it for your air piping to fit in though.

Live and let is totally correct here. I have a little Education on how this all works myself. And for every BTU taken out of a room, or Refrig, One BTU needs to be released,, BTU= British Thermal Unit which is Heat.. Not only is the heat just being moved from one place to the other, but more heat is being produced to move it.. so in reality you are maoking even more heat, and useing more electricity.
If you want to grow big to get rich, then do not cry when you go to prison. Myself. I grow for myself, and have a M&M card. What a bitch it was to get, but well worth it.
As for this statement, I rest my case.. the guy growing had 100 plants. And the other people got snitched on.

Well I have an Engineering degree and do a lot of designing on heating and cooling of large structures, and What NatMoon say is so very, very wrong. Yes you can cool down the air comeing out of the room. But those BTU's will be released from the cooling system at the condenser and it has to be dispursed somehow. or the system will stop working.. Sorry Natmoon, this is just how these systems work. You can not make or destroy energy, and heat is an energy. So if what you say is correct.. Then Instein was an idiot.
