He's actually a genius if you ask me. I think he does these things just to keep his name out there and to keep his name on the tips of peoples tounges to remain relevant not to mention he did just drop an album so a little FREE marketing wouldnt hurt

I really never liked the fact that he took such a big blazing Curtis Mayfield sample and made it a big part of his stupid "Touch the Sky" song. Curtis Mayfield is way too important to be anywhere near that douchebag on any conceivable artistic level. That's the only song of his anybody knows. What a dickweed. Yecch.

Well, it can go both ways, free marketing doesn't hurt - true , though will ALL the rappers out there, depends on the perspective ppl will have .. why listen to music from an "artist" who acts like a troll when there's lots more
that actually fight to have a respectable image ?

I listen to underground artist as well hell i listen to more underground artist then i do mainstream..i could care less how much of a douche a rapper is , as long as they're putting out good music is all that matters to me ..but i can understand why people dislike kanye and the image he's portraying ..People disliked tupac and the image he was portraying, but does that make him any less of a great artist ? NO
