no problem bro...and you know how i am...im all about trying new shit out...i just hope the stress from it dont make it go hermie on me...but it seems to take pretty well to the stress...it seems to make the whole plant think its the top...im tired of this single cola shit...so this method seems like a good route to go

she has only been in flower 6 1/2 weeks and it is lookin like it wants to finish early
so we will see on the remaining time

Yea I hear you, I'm really liking how my KK is turning out so a mini version of that would be perfect for me :)

i just dont have the height to pull off too much more height from these ladies...keep in mind what im growing in..if i can keep it low as hell it would work out much better for me

Did you do a thread on that dresser when you made it a while back? I saw one that looked like that and it inspired me to make something similar for my brother since his kids come to visit a lot and he doesn't want them to know he grows. They're all teenagers and probably smoke themselves but if they do he doesn't know about it.
I picked up a dresser from the goodwill for $20, removed the drawers, used my finish nailer to nail the drawer fronts back on and then made some cuts down the sides of them with a multi tool. That made the whole front removable like yours. I made it so you lift up on the drawr handles and then pull out to take it off. Pretty cool and he was stoked on it and I think it may have been you that gave me the idea.

might have been..made a thread for that and a thread that it was in for my grows at the time...but for those needing stealth it works great...only thing i would have done different...and still might do..is spray paint the inside white..i think the mylar was overkill.least i didnt have to buy the dresser...its part of a whole set i have..and still have the 6 drawer chest..which was plenty of room for my socks and shit.and with the way i did it..i can put it back together when im done with it...still have all the drawer parts under my bed...soon as im out of this house...im doing either a whole closet..or at least a good size grow tent...unless i buy a good chunk of land...then im growing 10 footers outside

Very cool. I'm pretty sure it was yours that I saw. The one I did for my brother was a chest of drawers so it was tall, like 54" or something but don't remember for sure. It is about 36" wide and just under 24" deep so he's got a nice cab. He just puts 2 plants at a time in it and it almost keeps him in enough smoke but he still hits me up here and there. I just give him some smoke and he gives me all his trimmings from his harvest so I can make hash for myself. If he was to do a scrog in there he'd be set I think.

He and I were talking at Thanksgiving dinner about the LED lights available and the T5s and stuff like that and he's decided to order up a couple of those 90w UFO LED lights to hang in it side by side. I told him about them and what the claims were and all but I also told him that I was told by someone that used them that they're only really good for about a 2'X2' area. He thought it sounded like something he'd like to try so he's ordering up a pair from HTG to replace the CFLs. He was going to go for some T5 lights like I use but as a test I put one inside a big tote for a couple hours and it got hot inside with minimal venting like hes got in his cab. It gets to 83 sometimes with the CFLs as it is but he's using something like 300w of CFL in it. He can't do much for venting and still have it be not noticeable due to noise.

It sounds like the UFO's are a perfect solution for him. good luck. I hope they work! HTg sells some really good products

Haven't seen too many people do party cup grows so props for that! That's what I'm doin for my first grow if my damn cats don't eat all my plants lol!

I had some already started but I think they're hangin on by a thread right now. Silly me didn't put my seedlings close enuff to the light so they got pretty stretched and then the cats got at em. Got some more seeds germinating and soon I'll be ready for round 2!
