75-78 lights on 62-65 off but a couple of days it got down to the lowwer 50s

im trying to get a 4000 watt setup up and running but im worried about
power consumtion. and if the power companies tip off the police even if i pay my bill
on time.

the power company wants your money just pay your bill they only call the cops if ur stealin power like the asians do last year my neibors got busted runnin and stealin power on a 27,000watt grow. the police only took the ballast and the weed and i snaged the rest. thanx for the gear guys!
