Take it easy on the up's. I've been 200+ mg's into an amphetamine salt (Adderall, Ritalin, et. al.) and didn't sleep for a couple days. Haven't touched it since; don't want to. Not saying they're not fun, but I think this could be part of the reason why my circadian rhythm (sleep cycle/patterns) is so fucked up. Just some food for thought.
