Very impressive Knowm, Watching that really makes me wanna start working out again, ever since a graduated a year ago I quit :( There is no way I could do that :) well I could be not nearly in 7 minutes :D... Charley good work!

P.s. it also looks like your working out for the right reasons, very impressive!

Hell yes I am going to do it. I have been training for the last month. Maybe this weekend. I need to find my camera charger!

gk... ever heard of parkour??? I was trying to get into this a couple summers ago. It may be something you like. parkour is the french term for it, for brits or the few americans who know of it its free running. essentially an urban jungle gym.

these guys are the symbol for free movement. That's what I want, a body that i can be confident enough in to invert myself 20 feet in the air land on solid ground roll and run away. not too mention being able to out run any popo out to get me.
