still alive?

had my trainwrecks in soil for jsut over a week under a 250 hps. there a bit stretched and 3 out of 5 r struggling to stay upright so iv put a stick o=in the soil for them t stay upright but there just a bit spindly n keep falling over, any suggestions and you reckon they will be ok ? thanks

No pictures not much help. They should be fine lots of seedlings tip over because the new leaves are heavy they will perk up eventually.

i wouldnt start seedling under a hps...too powerful imo...start them under t5's or cfls for the first week or 2
