some yellow and curly leaves going on but it cant be over watering i don't even water till it runs out the bottom and they dry out really fast maybe its underwatering? the roots have also started to come out of the bottom of the pots what should i do its not good if the roots sit in water or if they dry out right? they all look the same except one has some browning on the leave tips but no curl, what should i do?

i've been watering till the water line makes its way down darkening the peat pot, and if it doesnt make it all the way to the bottom i give it a little more, is this over-watering?

it had to have been over watering because i gave the smallest one less water and it looks perfect, but it seems like if i water any less-the bottom will be dry because its a peat pot, you know?
im raelly worried about them roots though, they look brown-tipped. please help me has anyone used peat pots before? people were saying id need to rip the bottom off before transplanting but they already went through the bottom like butter so that obviously not necessary or even possible. what should i do about this?

have you fed them any nutes yet ???? The yellowing could be nute burn or deficiency, as for the roots, as long as the water they are in isnt stagnant, meaning theres some movement and oxygen then they are fine.
With your watering schedule, its not so much the amount of water you give, its the consistency of watering, needs to be regular. Good luck.

they arnt in water they are on plates and if there was water it would be stagnant because it would be just sitting on the plate. just using water now, no nutes. how could I make the water not stagnant? i thought the peat pots would make it easier not harder. should I put a damp paper towel under them or something? what do people do with these pots?

and how stunted does it look? that pic is 3 weeks and 2 days after it broke the soil

Yea cem nute's are the best way to go their like illegal steroids for plants and I use a ton during veg and flower. Organic ferts are good but not the best, made my friends indoor look like outdoor but I laughed bcuz he was talking mad shit his plants

p.s fox farm kill's that organic shit, you just gotta know how to use nutes

I just put them in bigger peat pots I got fox farm nutes but a shitload of ppl said dont feed them till 2 sets of full leaves or when they tell you. I just put them in bigger peat pots with worm castings a few days ago so I don't think its a nitrogen deficiency. ill start feeding them next watering with grow big tho.

N deficient. if you havnt used nutes better start 1/2 strength and don't overwater because you will flush out the N your plants are obviously so hungry for. happy growing brother

Man, its been said already, if the roots are sitting under the peat cups, repot in bigger pots, or stick em in a shallow tray with lil bit of water in bottom, drop an airstone in it to oxygenate the water so its not stagnant.
Just repot them in large pots, give them a few days to settle and take root in the new pot, then start your nute schedule.
