Yikes! Just transplanted Helpp! Pics

Hello, I recently transplanted my three plants and one of them is very strong. I used new potting soil along with the old and mixed them together. Two of the plants are drooping badly. When i transplanted them, most of the dirt fell off and basically just transplanted the whole plant with no soil. burried them halfway up the stalk, and added water. I think I may hae added too much water or what do you guys think ! Help plz

they look a bit small to even be transplanting :S stress i think maybe u ripped there little roots,

They were about ten inches tall before, and i planted them halfway up their stalk because before they were stretching for the sun. now they dont have to. Will they be okay?

Up-grade your lighting system...Sounds like your plants are experiencing shock. You must insure that your plants have a solid root system prior to transplanting. Otherwise you will push them too hard afterwards. Lighting is very important without it your plants will suffer.

Since your plants have been transplanted water with half-strength vitamin B1 - ideally you should do so 2-days before transplanting.

You damaged the roots. Place the pots in a 32 gallon plastic storage box with a couple small CFLs on them. Mist every three hours with ph'd water (5.8-6.0 would be nice). Keep the lid closed. Lights on 24/7. All will come back.

As long as disrupting their root zone doesn't send them into too bad of a shock they should be able to pull through. Transplanting was pretty much your only option with ten inch stems.

PS Do halogen bulbs work for growing? I was under the impression that they don't.

Yes they do work for growing, they are 500w construction lights, the only thing is they get a little hot.... but the area is very well ventilated so that would be the only problem. Thanks for the comments guys, my plants actually were fine and are strong right now..to they fixed themselves like an hour or two after i transplanted them. They are doing very well now! And yes, my buddy is on 3 weeks of floweing with halogen. they produce a light so effing bright!

look like you use heavy soil. it better start off seed in that wool cube box and then when root starting coming out then transplant it with foxfarm soil and maxigro nutes .with foxfarm soil and maxigro make ph 6.5 all the time .

Blacklight type flourescent lights.

ANY incandescent lamp
(if it screws into a regular lamp, it won't produce worthwhile buds). Exception, compact flouro mentioned above)

Mercury Vapor

Thats what I had thought too. Halogen bulbs seem like they would burn the shit out of plants while not giving them the light they need.

You should purchase some Superthrive...for transplanting etc. Trust me it's a good investment. Good Luck from here on out.

yeh dood i did that to my last plant cause the soil was old and i planted in it for some retarded reason (was high or something and it sprouted) and after i repotted with new dirt it wilted exactly like that and died i thought i ripped the roots also
