This is such a coincidence!!! I just came on here to curse 1000bulbs and the first thread is this! I ordered the 22nd. I recieved 3 emails so far with my invoice attached and all say paid by CC. They still haven't shipped. I called last week and I was like look its been 10 business days and you haven't shipped my stuff. They said they won't have the bulbs I ordered until mid Jan. I was like ok but you were supposed to tell me in 7 days if you didn't have my bulbs. they said they were sorry yada yada yada. I said ok well I guess I have to buy the double the price ones to get them here sooner (which I think they do on purpose bc they still have the cheaper bulbs on the site up to order). Then I was like I dont expect a deal on the new bulbs or anything but can you expedite shipping so I dont wait forever and they said no. They did however give me a whopping 10% off the 24 more expensive bulbs I ordered whoopdeedoo. This is the only reason I haven't flamed the company yet and since they sent me the 3rd invoice today and still haven't shipped my stuff I'm losing patience. I ordered ph up and down from home depot the same day and it got here last Tuesday. I should of just order from them. On top of this they screwed up my card information and I had 230$ pending for a week before any of this BS happened. Then if that wasn't enough when I changed my bulbs last week they couldn't just charge to difference to my account for the change they kept both charges on and I still have over a hundred dollars pending for the previous order. So a recap they locked up 230 in my account,then screwed up twice when I tried to have them rectify the problem and clear the pending transactions, then couldn't supply my order, then changed my order but left the other 120 still pending, and still haven't shipped my stuff. Dont buy from them unless you aren't planning on using the bulbs the same month.
