I have been smoking for 9 years every day at least one joint a day but usually more. So in the middle of day 2 with no bud because my peeps dont have anything. Yesterday was not so bad but today... shoewee I couldnt sleep a wink last night and I cant eat a bite of food without feeling nausea. Irritable, mad, sad. The withdraw symptom that hit me hard and out of nowhere is the cold sweats. It has hit me 4 times so far today. I dont feel sick like a flew I feel healthy in my body but my mind is horrible without marijuana... My dude said he will be back on friday so thats good. This is the first time in 9 years I cant pick up some erb. I am shocked that marijuana has withdraw symptoms.:-(:wall::fire:

Lol dude, I feel ya, I get the same shit, granted its nowhere as bad as fiending for crack rocks, it still is a big discomfort if your body is used to anything, and then you cut the supply off.

thats in your head dude theres like verry little physical withdraw just psychological, as you can get psychologically dependent on anything..

but try to keep yourself occupied man ;) take a tolerance break if you get weed in 3 or 4 days you will get sooo much higher than you got before

but yeah man, your now realizing how much life sucks without weed that's why I don't get why everyone doesnt smoke/vape/eat it :)

My dream is that moms will replace flower beds with cannabis, and that you can welcome new people to the neighborhood with a jar of weed :) I hope to see a few cool strains growing on the windowsill and in the yard being an everyday thing

go exercise. youll feel much better after a good workout and it will help you build up your appetite and will tire you out so you can fall asleep. also even if you dont want to eat force yourself, you will feel better with a full stomach.

Sr Verde, its not just in your head.
It is very real, right down to the cold sweats, I get them too.
I have to admit I realy fucked up my brain's reward system when I was younger with addictive substances, and i just don;t think it ever got out of that pattern even though its been many years since i mended my ways.

There is virtually no physical dependence for marijuana. As old man senior Verde hear said, there is moderate psychological dependence on THC. Your biggest problem is Anhedonia.

I agree with what yous are saying i get the withdrawal pangs too, but i try not and be vocal about it and occupy myself! From my experience showing signs of weakness when you don't have ganja only strengthens the case of the nay say rs that surround us you i.e parents, colleagues or your woman.

The mind is a crazy thing and any phycological dependence, more likely just habitual though for most people, will fuck you over when you break the normal routine. Best thing imo is to just do what you'd do high anyway, because when you use any type of drug for recreation your mind will naturally be in a happier state if you still continue doing those activities you do high, best of luck man fridays coming!

As i said, it is not the same withdrawal or craveings as other substances, I have had the misfortune to have been addicted to. But for some of us there are very real physical effects, even if they may have a psycological origin.

I don't agree with the intoxication rating ganja gets in relation to cocaine! Weed works far better thn white, lasts longer too, and is all and all a much more pleasant experience!

That used to happen when I was a teen. I smoked almost every day and it would hit me after a couple of days if I did not have any. I have always found that keep active is a really good way to let the feelings pass. It is all up in your head any way.

This chart is very lacking in substance.
For instance.... Dependence is given as a single block

Now there is a diffirence in how dependant you get on substances, how long it takes a substance to form a habit etc... i.e. it doensn't seem fit for purpose.

I base this not on someone else's data, but on my phsyical experience. The first poster's words may as well have been my own on a few occasions the green bus stopped comming by.

its kind of a chicken or the egg scenario... in the end.. is physical pain, from a psychological origin physical, or psychological
