I just smelled them. Just chocolate with a slight weed butter smell
They are literally perfect. They are dense, yet squishy with moisture. The top isn't flaky, and there are no air bubbles. Where it touches the pan looks like hash, just grains melted together ever so slightly together... forming a crust that isnt hard, but still very dense to hold everything together
Man I swear by brownies in an 8x8x2 pan for 51 minutes @ 325F.... perfect
