Nice Dan. But ya better up the food a bit. They really go through N in transition and early flower. I wouldnt be scared to feed them all the N they can take right now. Fish Emulsion is a great way to fatten them on N w/o adding alot of P or K. Plus the addition of all those ocean goodies. Stinks a bit and hard to burn with it. One 'rain' would easily flush it from your medium.(doubt you would need to though)

I've upped it for the last feeding, and after this 'Rain' again too. I think you're right though. Maybe I'll give them Fish Poop today too. 1 tsp. /1 qt. too strong? Just not getting the deep green I want. RM3's technique works good. Kinda too good so far. Veggin' going a bit fast. I'll just be modifying my plan a bit. Fighting the urge to up-can them.

A tsp or 2 per qt would be fine. Most emulsions are 1 or 2 tablespoons per gallon so you should be fine. Its pretty hard to burn them with fish poo.

Stewing this over and your view I think I'll hit them with a poop blast since the 'Rain' and a Jack's made a spurt overnight. I'll start prepping the 1 gallon pots for a day or two. My other thread has better pics than just 1. I have the Super Skunk seeds going to breed these with too. Thanks again Cowboy

Well its been just over a year and this will be post # 1000 for me. Kinda cool so I thought a quick update is due. gone a far as I can on the cab till this weekend. Ran out of wood and need to make a door for the top chamber. Just some tweaking to do for heat but so far so good.

The first one to poke her head out was the Big Band. She was up tis morning and I have been exposing here to more light as the day goes on. She's at 4" from one 23w 6500k cfl for now and will up the light as she hardens up. Gonna get up close and personal with these ladies since they are going to be my mom's. Trying to keep em from spinning out by keeping em so close to the light.

Switched the CMH for the HPS to fatten em up a bit. The 2 P/R's are 6wks Sunday and the Bagseed are going to be three wks. The P/R's are doing better and will get a dose of nutes next watering. The bagseed got 3ml's of Foliage Pro today and they are transpiring nicely.

Well thank you sir. My flower area is approx 4X4 with about 7' of head room. Just trying something different with the HPS. Cowboy will do this around week 3 or 4 to "bulk the plant up" and then back to CMH for the duration. Gonna do it myself to see if it works for me? Those two P/R's that are budding need all the help they can get with weight. I can already see that there is a diminished trich production on the bagseed from the HPS but the seem to be bigger in size at this stage. IDK for sure though maybe just a little ripped and I am seeing thing. lol

I think since we make it rain as our water feed method that more nutrients are required as the medium is both flushed and waterlogged when we add our nutes they are diluted... i have found that I have to feed in the last gallon or deficiencies
rear their ugly heads...so we should up the nutes ...I will try a 25% increase next feed although I am quite high on the feeding so crossed fingers that I dont burn 'em

I have done the same thing with my feeding schedule. I have to get away from my fear of feeding them. I know that is what the prob is in flower with the chlorosis starting in the second week of flower.

Wow....4x4 allows a good bit of room.... i have seen the hps cmh combos before....I am looking at this:

http://www.utopiasupply.com/index.php?Itemid=53&flypage=flypage.tpl&option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.product_details&pop=0&product_id=82

I had found a place that had it for 570...but think about it...a cmh and hps ....

Dude, that is fucking sweet. Covering both bases at once. Its a nice foot print but I wish I had more power. Was going to add another 400 but thebudget don't work at this time. maybe a 250 ballast kit and do a little DIY like Daniels. His 400 fixture turned out awesome. Light don't matter if everything else ain't working and I don't have that down yet. Gonna get the Jacks duo and and from what I read above some Fish Shit. Good supply of n2 and very little chance of burning em up.

Got the bloom.proteKt, grow and the foliage pro. I was using R/O but switched to tap because of the inconvienencce of running to the store for 10 gals every other day. Jacks doesn't have the cal/mag so I know it will work out better for them. That and trying to explain why I use so much water. lol Small town if ya know what I mean.
