Hi, I use medical 215 for extreme anxiety.
Im NEW to marijuana and hay it helps for all but the worst panic attacks.
Id say 75% of the time it squashes my troubled mind to where I can actually function.
Ok, side effects, red eyes, being stoned (Not high) but ~BAKED~
Not to mention the chance of being impaired while driving (I live on a mountain pass of death and ice with cliffs)
My friend uses it for aggressive tendencies and he said he does not get high at all but it does keep him calmed and focused.
Any ideas? I actually dont like being "Stoned" but the mellowness really does correct my negative thinking.
Will it get easier to smoke pot?
One thing I had thought was to smoke it in the morning, BEFORE an anxiety attack even happens.
Its funny but pot smoking could really be a life saver, its so foggy and dark and rainy and muddy that all I can think of is bad thoughts.
Pot is working and its saver then self medicating with alcohol or nasty prescription antidepressants.
