how long after pistils show does the plant stop increasing in height?

so i got this WW that just started to show pistils but the upper part of the stem is kinda weak. i dont know if the stem can take the SICK massive ultrasupermega buds i'll force it to produce!
so how long does the plant grow after showing sex? i have to move up my CFL everyday so the tree wont headbutt it.

Just make sure you stake her so she has something to help support her weight and you should be okay.

Tell me about it bro same happened to my timer once or twice, all is good though mine are 12 days into flower and still getting bigger by the day, I reckon they stop growing at around 4 weeks of 12/12 then it's more energy making buds fatter

IAgain you should be fine as long as the plant doesn't reveg from too much light or recieve light in middle of dark period. Some growers like to ease them into flowering to replicate the suns natural progression anyways.

allrighty then. btw it says that i should flower it for 50-55 days. when should i start countin down? when i switched to 12/12 or when pistils show?

From what I understand "flowering" is when the pistils show at the bud sites and start to produce the female flower. It can take as much as two weeks for this to occur after intiating the 12/12 cycle. Start counting when you see flowers.
