So how can I make a payment without using my CC, money order. I've been reading that visa and mastercard prepaids dont work internationally anymore?

If someone can verify this please let me know.

Yeah nevermind your right they do still take prepaids thanks. But i think they only take visa's now because my friend was trying to order with a mastercard and it wont go through. After looking at there payment options you can see that it states you can use visa prepaids, but nothing about mastercards. Glad i avoided that dumb mistake lol..
PAYMENT OPTION
What payment do you accept: We accept, Credit cards, postal orders, international money orders, cheques, prepaid visa cards, and cash

I just use my CC for EVERYTHING it doesn't show up as anything but a normal purchase. And all delivery's are STEALTH. Get from the right shop and they wont do you wrong.

Seriously, has anyone ever been busted for buying shit with their CC? NO, not that I have ever heard of. And if there is such occasion then please inform me.

wtih prepaid cards, and some normal cards you have to go thru additional steps by contacting the card issuer ahead of time to get it set up for overseas purchases.

I tried months ago with Visa and Mastercard pre-paids to no avail, tried with multiple seed banks. I was told by several company service reps that the cards could no longer be used to make over-seas purchases, due to new federal legislation.

Ultimately had to use a regular card, but there are plenty of legit seed banks that will take money orders, WU, bank transfer or cash sent registered mail.

I use citibank visa with attitude everything was fine... I use to send cash but everyone says they used their CC so I figured WTF my ops small anyways and hate waiting the extra 1-2wks to send cash. I had a friend use his moms discover CC with no problems. I also tried a BBT visa and they would not let it go threw. But I have never heard of a normal CREDIT CARD not going threw. Sometimes debit/prepaids wont go threw just because its a overseas "risky" transaction.

Chase visa belonging to my buddy wouldnt go through at attitude. It would give an insufficient fund/card denial message.
I know he has money do to his trust fund lol. So WTF? We spent over an hour trying different ways of ordering to no avail.

a lot of card issuers block overseas transactions as a security measure. You have to call the card issuer ahead of time and "pre-approve" the use of the card.

Glad this came up, I had the same problem. I bought a prepaid "NON-greendot" visa gift card specifically for this purpose, and I couldn't use it on either of the two good seedbanks, I read carefully on the back, and it states "this card is issued by MetaBank pursuant to a licence from Visa" or in other words, not a strait up visa gift card like I wanted, and they can put whatever BS rules they feel like on the card. Learning this, I tried to buy a regular vise gift card like I used to be able to find. Turns out, they won't LET you buy a different gift card with a gift card, but they never told me that, just stayed at "processing" for a week until I called to check on it, then I had to wait days for the money to be returned to the first card before I could buy other stuff. But when I called I did end up asking about why I can't buy stuff online, because that's why I wanted a new card, and after putting me on hold he said "because of new federal laws" I can't purchase internationally with giftcards, some BS about financing evil or something. So I tried searching for these "new federal laws" online and found zip, except for the stuff about new regulations making sure the customer isn't getting fee'd to death and other stuff, but NOTHING about buying internationally with giftcards, not one word, so I have a feeling they are just screwing over the little guy with self-imposed new rules, not the fed's rules, but still blaming the new rules that actually protect consumers, and why? To build grassroots(no pun intended) support against the new rules that card companies hate, by lying about which rules are which. Scheming bastards. Well they aren't fooling me, and I'm never buying a giftcard like that again, not unless I'm CERTAIN they can be used "all over the world" like the packaging claims. I don't want a greendot either, just more fee's. I can load a friends greendot though, he gave me permission, so hopefully that goes smoothly. One other thing I though of, if they give me any guff about why I want to buy internationally, I have the perfect "say no more" excuse for them, "japanese adult novelty items" and they shut right up.

By the way, I missed a seriously awesome sale they were having at that site because of this little hold up. Just thinking about all the freebies I missed out on makes me so freaking steamed.

I tried to use international prepaid Visas recently, with Attitude. Purchased a $50 and a $100 at a local supermarket, from that rack with dozens of cards on it. There were both domestic and worldwide cards available. I registered the cards online. The card(s) declined payment to Attitude. I called the 8xx number on the back of the card and was told that such cards cannot be used internationally any longer. Newer cards on the retail rack will be marked appropriately. The would not refund the fees I paid. Of course, I had no problem making use of the cards locally, but still. I ended up sending a money order via snail mail to Attitude, and my seeds are now planted :)
So, it may be just that vendor's cards, I don't know. But it sounded like some regulation had changed in August.

This is what im talking about guys... And i looked up greendots today and yes due to the new regulations set in august you have to give them your SSN, and all your other info. This also goes for that netpay thing or whatever that you could use for attitude, no longer anonymous. Guess ill just use my CC now that everyone else does I'm legal and my op is real small. I just want some legit strains.

Sounds shitty but i use the pre paid debit cards you get at any check cash or western union and they do international orders.I just ordered from attitude before christmas and it went thru.So go get a pre paid debit card from western union or netspend or excella cards...

What site(s) accept visa gift card? Please help me. Thanks
Nirvana and attitude both do. Unless the laws were just changed as somebody said. But you always had to call the company up and pre-approve them before the sale.

I've been through all of this back in September. Some regulation, somewhere, did indeed change and it should be preventing the great majority of pre-paid gift cards from being used to make over-seas purchases. In order to do so the identity of the cardholder must be substantiated now.
