someone told me it's ok to use the tap water after it's been out for two days! now do i need to PH the straight tap water or do i just water it regularly? my PH in my tap is about 7.0 after two days. i know when i add nutrients i have to boost it up to my average 6.4. is it ok just to use the tap water with no solutions at 7.0 to keep a medium?

your tap water is fine to use straight out of the tap, no need to let it sit. And yes, 7.0 is fine if you are in a soil grow.

ok i was wondering cause i was adding PH down to get it to 6.5 is that a bad thing to do!

Yes its bad! dont do it 7 is fine

7.0 is fine. I wouldn't add a thing to it to adjust ph.
