im relitivly fit i judo for 2 hours 5 times a week so it wouldnt be your fitness i dont think.

l agree with the breathing...hyperventilation causes tingles and lightheadedness, of course this is assuming you're talking of these symptoms before actually having the orgasm itself. It can definitely add a little to the BJ, but careful though, keep that breathing in check or you'll wind up passin out and missin out!
