1st Grow: Need help, WW plants WILL NOT grow!

I need some help, I planted 4 WW seeds, after I germinated them. Once they germinated I transplanted them into 1 gallon pots. I then used Ocean Forest to grow them in, but I didn't see any results after the first 3 days, so I gave them a little bit of nutrients, do you think I messed up the plants bigtime?

They are gonna be 2 weeks old on Friday, and 3 of them have 2 leaves on them and are 1 inch tall, and the 4th one is like a runt, it's MAYBE half an inch tall with little bitty leaves on it that have yellow circles on the tips of them.

I have 5 more WW seeds I can start over with, but do you think I can salvage these ones, or should I discard them and start over?

Also, how long should I only water them, before I can add nutes, because I am for sure positive that I messed them up by adding nutes way too early.

I am using (3) 23w 6000k CFL's with reflectors to get them started with and then I transplant under my 600w Metal Halide conversion setup.

Before you say that those 3 CFL's are not enough, here are my bagseed plants that I just pulled from underneath those same 3 CFL's. (I just transplanted them 2 days ago into those smart pots, so that's why the top right one is droopy, the other 2 already recovered from the move.)

I know it's not the light, I am basically just asking what I can do to salvage those 4 WW plants. If nothing, then i'll start over and do it the same way I did the above big 3.

I did get impatient, because those big 3 were like 2 or 3 times as big in the first 2 weeks.

Temps are: 74-80 F Day
70-73 F Night

Humidity: 32-45% Usually averages around 36% (it fluctuates a lot, depending on when I feed)

i Say Flush, you are using FFOF AND you added nutes to WW seedlinds Flush with 1.5 - 3 x the the soil you have with Pure PHed Water and dont feed them for at least a month or more FFOF is HOT and is not that great for seedlings to begin with

Ok, cool, i'll try that. I figured it wasn't that great of soil after I hadn't got the same results I did with the soil I started with from Lowes. I'll just stick with what I know works. I might even leave the plants in the Lowes soil throughout the grow.

I've flushed a lot already, and it just isn't working, these things won't get any bigger. I might chalk these up to a BIG mistake and can them. I'll start germinating the new seeds today.
