First time outdoor grow. Help and suggestion please

I'm new o this site and new to growing. Me and my freinds are gonna start an outdoor grow. We will be ordering seeds from an online seed bank. We have done alot of research and are willing to spend a good amount of money to create high, and potent yiedls. I already have an oudoor area prepared. I will be ordering the seeds soon and would like to know when the best time is to plant them. I live in south Florida and would like to grow the biggest plants posssible. My prepared grow location gets lots of sunlight. I know very little about fertilizer, cloning, etc. And I would greatly appreciate it if some people could give me some tips and advise so I can make this a successful first time grow. Thanks

the only advice I can give 'cause I'm way up in Canada is you can't put them outside (assuming you're staring them indoors) until the day's lengthen to over 15 (16 would be safer) hours of sunshine otherwise they may start blooming as babies.

Fox Farms is a very popular brand around hurr. But any organic one that is made for flowers should be sufficient. If you really want google the nute amounts for marijuana (should give you numbers for Nitrogen potassium magnesium etc etc.) Which will correlate to the numbers on all the nutes in the store that way you can tailor the perfect ratio of nutes.

I do all the work for you kids ^^ Nutes answer

Make sure you can water them regularly either by hand or with a pump system. And unless the soil rocks i would dig big holes (3X3ft) and fill with organic potting soil. ( I know the soil in texas is clay in rock where i live) Also look into keeping it away from the animals either with fox urine or other stuff or else the rabbits and such will eat them all.

Plant as early as possible after the last frost if you want to get them as big as possible.

Clones you wont worry about, you need a mother and a veg cab to do that really. So unless you can grow a mother inside its not really an issue.

Be very careful about the POPO unless you know you are fine. AKA dont plant in a grid pattern, try to conceal with the surrounding plants. Spread them out if you are gurerilla growing that way if some do get found you wont lose them all. And carry a fishing pole so you have an excuse if you do run into someone and asks why you are so near the giant cannabis field.

DO TONS of research though.

Just curious is this an outdoor grow or a guerrilla grow?

Oh man outdoor! BlazedMonkey helped on nutes and such good info.
I have a question.
How far is your grow to drive too or walk etc.? It makes a diff. I have done some hiking with water and it gets too the point when you grow monsters you are watering every day almost.

frmrboi has a good point since it is Dec. and you are in florida so I assume grow is for next summer...? If so plant a couple weeks after temps have been up(have an idea of your weather and check it everyday) and check everyday if you are doing seedlings outdoor. On my first outdoor grow I window started my seeds and moved them outside after 1.5weeks and prayed no animals munched them but it was a good location where animals didn't dwell at all(keep away from valleys) so keep that in mind.

Also your own urine will not be so pleasing too some animals and also bugs bugs bugs get some organic neem oil spray when in veg. Bugs aren't so bad during flowering(from my exp. but my temps are low), if it is even an issue.

Check out surrounding vegetation by your grow, see if other weeds are getting ate up.
Also they will eat eat eat eat nutes I threw full nutes(FF) plus another half dose on my biggest and would just grow.
I tried to use only reverse osmosis water(walmart drinking water)most of the time but had to resort too well water once in a while, never once did I adjust ph of water/nutes. I wanted to just take the science out of it and just water. And never had any nute burn or ph looking problems. Thats one thing I learned about outdoors you can throw a lot at them and will keep on chugging and I have grown outdoor in the worst conditions.
I have been rambling just wanna help outdoor is a bitch sometimes.

Aye thanks alot for all the help. About the watering it's like a 15min walk from my house. Right outside my neighborhood along a canal. I'm thinking about trying to it into an underground water pipe. But if that is not successful would ceatching rain be fine. I live in the city so idk how many harmful pollutants are in the rain. I guess it can't be too bad because there is very much plant growth around his area. But again I want the best condition for my plants to create the highest yeild an most potent and tasty bud.

if your limited to home depot for fertilizer i would say epsoma brand fertilizer for dry fertilizer or alaska fish fertilizer for a liquid fertilizer. i used epsoma last year and my plants did well. you may want to consider looking for a hydroponic shop in your area or a garden center. most garden centers have better options than what you are limited too at home depot.

lol ye id kinda like to smoke my weed before i die. also will it be fine to us lake or canal water for my plants. cus i wasnt plannin on it cus all the pollution probably in it. also i see every where that everyone is soo concerned with ph level of the water. is it such a big deal? just askin all these questions to try and get the best advise for a good harvest

it certainly can be, well water is usually to alkaline, pond water is usually ok as it's primarily rainwater. I use soluable nutes I buy from Wal Mart. 20-20-20 & 15-30-15 cheap and powerful.

Water Soluble Nutes from Walmart

For Veg: All Purpose Fert 20-20-20 with all micronutrients.

For Bloom: Schultz Bloom Builder 10-54-10.

about $7 each, and one container can grow like 50 plants.

test the ph of any water before you use it.

spray Neem oil once 2weeks and once 4weeks into veg to make them bug resistant.
i suggest laying copper around your stalks to prevent slugs.

A spot with 12hrs + of direct sun a day will grow monster plants. given that the plants have enough room, nutrients, optimal ph level, etc.

Thanks alot. You guys are gettin me real stoked. Im bout to order the seeds online. I've checked out some of the seeds bank links on this site but they were a lil weird I've seen alot better sites with more info and shit. Anyone kno of a good site that I can use?
